Renovation of a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Project will include the removal of existing flooring material, floor preparation, and installation of new carpeting, sheet flooring, LVT planks and/or rubber flooring. Work will also include the removal and replacement of furniture and equipment, and the installation of dust barriers and other infection control measures. Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Eskenazi Health, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address as specified in the bid instructions.
