Renovation of a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

MBE 15% WBE 8% VBE 3% DOBE 1% The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Project consists of the following a. Selective demolition of the existing curtainwall system, glazing, metal fascia/coping panels, and all systems (electrical, security and data) within or connected to the existing curtainwall system. 1) Metal panel fascia/coping panels shall be salvaged and stored for reinstallation. 2) Entrance framing, doors and hardware to be salvaged and stored for reinstallation. b. Preparation of existing concrete slab for installation of precast window sill. c. Installation of new aluminum storefront/curtainwall system and glazing, d. Reinstallation of the salvaged metal panel fascia/coping panels. e. Reinstallation of existing entrance framing, doors and hardware. f. Reinstallation of all systems (electrical, security and data) within or connected to the existing curtainwall system, removed in preparation for this project. g. Installation of Owner provided window graphics. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime (unified) contract. for the exterior envelop replacement of the Basile Pavilion Building located at 720 Eskenazi Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The Project consists of selective demolition of the existing curtainwall, glazing, and metal fascia/coping panels, and all connected electric, data and security systems, and then the preparation of concrete foundation, addition of a curb, the installation of new curtainwall and glazing, and the installation or re-installation of metal fascia, and electrical, data, security systems, and custom vinyl window graphics. Each bidder for a prime contract will be required to obtain a minimum of one complete set of bidding documents. Bids will be received for a single contract and shall be in full accordance with the construction documents. Bids received after the hour and date set for receiving bids will be returned unopened. Three (3) bid copies are required. Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Eskenazi Health, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address as specified in the bid instructions.
