To provide all materials and incidentals necessary to furnish HVAC equipment air filters for various types of equipment, in accordance with the attached specifications. Vendor shall organize all filters and label filters for each location. Filters shall be "bagged and tagged", and be ready for pickup by Chesapeake Public Schools. There are a total of 47 schools, 9 support buildings, and +/- 250 portable units. Please refer to the Vendor Response / Filter Zone Information (2.18) for information regarding quantity of filters and sizes for each location. The District may, upon mutual agreement with the successful vendor, extend the contract period for an additional four (4) one (1) year periods, provided all terms, conditions, and discounts offered remain unchanged. Any revisions to this bid will be made only by addendum issued by Chesapeake Public Schools' Purchasing Department.
