(MST) All inquiries and communication regarding this Request for Qualifications must be submitted via El Paso Water's online. EP Water reserves the right, at its discretion, to adjust this Bid Schedule as it deems necessary. If necessary, EP Water will communicate adjustments to any Bid Schedule in the form of an addendum. Present to Board for Approval: October 8, 2025 Most projects identified at this time have been approved in the FY2025/2026 capital improvements program; however, others will be identified throughout the years. The nature of these contracts will be for on-call services for a period of three (3) years effective from the date of the contract award date (PSB meeting date). Within the three-year contract time, multiple task orders may be issued under each contract. However, total task order amounts will be limited to a maximum of $1,500,000. If work on a task order is issued prior to the expiration of the contract, the work order will remain in effect until completion of the work order. EPWater will select eight (8) or more consultants for this on-call contract. The estimated costs for these projects can range from $100,000 to $10 million (engineering and construction). PROJECT SCOPE EPWater is requesting professional engineering services to provide/assist with the following: o Design of new water, sewer, reclaimed, or stormwater pipelines 24-inch and smaller in diameter, gravity and force mains o Rehabilitation of existing water, sewer, reclaimed, or stormwater lines 24-inch and smaller in diameter o Alignment and routing studies o Trenchless installations o Development of trench safety plans o Coordination with EPWater Engineering staff, City and County entities, and others, if necessary o Topographic surveys and maps required for design of the project o Geotechnical investigations o Provide legal descriptions and right-of-way maps and assist in the acquisition of Real Property, easements, and rights-of-way necessary for this project o Complete subsurface utility exploration (SUE) o Development of traffic control plans o Inflow/Infiltration Analysis o Collection system metering o Collection system/Distribution system modeling o In-situ pipe rehabilitation o Feasibility analysis o Corrosion Analysis o Cathodic Protection Design o Odor Control o Distribution system water quality o Water quality modeling o Evaluation of existing water, sewer, reclaimed, or stormwater lines 24-inch and smaller in diameter o Cost estimating o Construction administration and inspections The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
