Renovation of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

CBE Project no. 107205. Elboya School, CTF Wing Development. Scope of work includes: Phase 1: Kitchen 111, Food Storage 112, Lunchroom 113 Renovate space to create a new Library Space. Phase 2: Classroom 142, Classroom 143, Library 144, Library Office 144B, Entry 144A. Renovate the space to create three (3) CTF spaces, anticipated to be one (1) woodshop, one (1) foods lab and one additional CTF space to be confirmed during design process. Phase 3: Home Ec. 150 Renovate the space to create a standard classroom. Phase 4: Roof (as outlined in Part 3) Create a new interior classroom from an exterior space. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction will proceed in 2026; each phase of the project will be tendered separately. *Budget is unreleased.
