Construction of a new lift station to improve water service capacity for existing and to-be-expanded neighbourhoods in the west side of Regina. TIMELINE: The city will be seeking $48.9 million in tri-government funding from the federal Canada Housing and Infrastructure Fund (CHIF). The remainder of the cost is to be sourced from development charges and the city's general utility reserve fund and a long-term debt guarantee. Scope of work and timelines for design, tender and construction to be confirmed. *The City of Regina is currently seeking proposals for the planning and design phase of the Northwest Regional Wastewater Lift station. Project is being followed separately. *Cost to be confirmed.
