The specifications includes the following: Constructed as a standard wood pole construction building with metal siding and roofing as per the drawings and specifications; Uninsulated; 60ft wide by 120ft long; Overhead doors located on the east and west faces; Pedestrian doors located on the west, north and east faces; Exterior solar lighting at pedestrian and overhead doors; Natural ventilation; and Bollards installed at both the interior and exterior of the building.
