Kerfoot Park Improvements. 1) Purchase, deliver, and install 150 linear feet of 42-inch-tall iron fence, powder-coated black, including labor and installation, to enclose the existing Splash Pad. 2) Purchase, deliver, and install 80 linear feet of 42-inch-tall iron fence, powder-coated black to enclose a concreted gazebo pad measuring 40' x 40', on the East and South-facing portions. 3) Purchase, deliver, and install - 40 linear feet of 6-foot-tall iron fence, powder-coated black on the West property line of Kerfoot Park. 4) Purchase, deliver, and install 390 linear feet of 8-foot-tall cedar fence with 10-foot 2 3/8 inch galvanized metal fence posts spaced at 6 feet and 2 feet depth with 4000 psi concrete per post. Installation of 2 x 6-inch stained pressure-treated runner, also to be used as bottom rail. 5) Purchase, deliver, and install 2 x 8 pre-stained cedar top caps with 1 x 4-inch pre-stained trim pieces located on the finished side of the fence. Fence to step down where necessary for grade transition. 6) Purchase, deliver, and install a monument sign approximately 16ft x 3ft with #5 rebar (3ft deep x 3ft wide x 16ft long), including a masonry CMU block wall, and featuring Lueders stone all around with a Lueders cap. 7) Purchase, deliver, and install a dumpster enclosure in accordance with the Kerfoot Improvement Design Plans. 8) Purchase, deliver, and install 24 cubic yards of topsoil to be spread out evenly over landscaped areas. The bid shall exclude any accessory charges, such as fuel surcharges and additional fee item schedules. The price per item and the overall price shall be the determining factors for bid award, in addition to the items listed in Section 3 of this advertisement.
