CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests sealed bids for the Large Water Meter Testing, Repair, and Calibration Services The general Scope of Services is to provide large meter testing, repair, and calibration services for the City of Tracy in accordance with the latest American Water Works Association (AWWA) Accuracy Standards. Bids shall be clearly marked as follows: "SEALED BID PROPOSAL FOR LARGE WATER METER TESTING, REPAIR, AND CALIBRATION SERVICES 2025-2028" - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL The CITY reserves the right to award the bid to a Bidder other than the lowest Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY.
