The general Scope of Services is for the supply and delivery of various chemicals to the wastewater and water treatment plants and remote facilities. Three copies and one USB drive of the bid proposal must be submitted and be clearly marked as follows: "SEALED BID PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CHEMICALS TO THE WASTEWATER AND WATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND REMOTE FACILITIES 2026-2028" - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." 09/03/2025 Questions Due 1:00 PM via email only All such requests must be submitted by email to Tu.Nguyen@CityofTracy.org The CITY reserves the right to award the bid to a Bidder other than the lowest Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY. The CITY also reserves the right to reduce the scope of work at any time and to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities in any bid process.
