The Scope of Work at the Griggsville Elementary School building consists of removal and replacement of interior HVAC units and installation of a gas fired hot water boiler system along with all associated work as outlined on the drawings. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to the Griggsville-Perry Community Unit School District No. 4, Griggsville, Illinois. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of the bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded.
