Reference Number 0000391734 The intent of this RFP is to provide three new tower sites which shall include new equipment shelters, new generators, and the refurbishing of an existing tower site to include a new shelter and new generator. Livingston County, Michigan covers an area of 585 square miles (565 square miles is land and 20 square miles is water) with a population of 193,866 as of the 2020 census and a population density of 320 persons per square mile. The county seat and most populous city is Howell. The Vendor shall be responsible for conducting tower and foundation structural analysis for the proposed towers. Vendors are required to propose a comprehensive set of equipment and services that satisfy this RFP's minimum requirements and are encouraged to describe specific areas within their proposal solutions that materially exceed these minimum objectives and meets the requirement of the Michigan's Public Safety Communications System (MPSCS).
