The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and resulting contract is to obtain firm fixed prices for materials, labor, and supervision for the project. The County will discuss the anticipated beginning date to start the project with the awarded vendor. In your bid, please provide the following information: - Cost of materials - Labor - Supervision - Duration of installation - Brand and model of the installed equipment - Warranty period Core drilling through asphalt and concrete where necessary. o Approximately 800' of 12' tall commercial galvanized chain link with top, bottom, and middle rail. Barbed wire to be included along top of the entire fence line. (Add height to existing fence where possible) o Renovate two existing vehicle entry gates to match 12' fence height. o Modernize existing vehicle entry gate controls/openers to allow higher opening/closing speeds and improved safety and security. Fence will be installed at Livingston County's requested location, any tore out items will be disposed of by the awarded contractor unless otherwise communicated.
