Site work for the Pilot's Lounge includes power, communication, water, and sewer that must be extended to the building site. Restrooms require the installation of a sewer lift station to connect to gravity sewer in the area. The project will also require landscaping conforming to city code. The proposed building is approximately 1,160 square feet in size, single story with a single slope shed roof and exterior walls clad with metal siding. The proposed building includes restrooms, a concession area, and flight planning area. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for submitting them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and reject any and all bids.
