As of September 09, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Herring Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation will include 0.2 lane miles of mill and polyester polymer overlay and metal guard rail and walkway improvements on Herring Avenue. Duration of Services: It is anticipated by the City of Waco that this project will be complete. Base Bid and Add Alternate; 240 Calendar Days - Base Bid and (TBD) Calendar Days - Add Alternate from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Questions Due: July 17, 2025, 5:00 P.M. CT Questions concerning the solicitation can be submitted through the City of Waco at online. This issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the City to contract for expressed or implied services. The City of Waco will not reimburse vendors for any costs incurred during the preparation or submittal of responses to this solicitation.
