Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified companies to renovate the restrooms at Wells Park, located at 1640 Price St., Henderson, Nevada. Renovation shall consist of six (6) existing gender specific restroom stalls that will be reconfigured into six (6) single occupancy stalls, gender shared sink room containing four (4) new lavatories, two (2) drinking fountains, baby changing station and new security gates will be installed at the two (2) entrances to the restroom facilities. Work will include all new Parks and Recreation standard plumbing fixtures with tankless water heater. In addition, modifications of the storage room will need to be completed.
