Demolition and site work for a civil project in Salina, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction of a three cell Lagoon system with associated piping, HDPE lagoon liner, demolition of existing wastewater package treatment plant and demolition of existing storage lagoon. The Kenwood Water District is seeking one prime contractor to bid, perform and deliver all items in the contract documents. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder. All bid costs are to be valid for sixty (60) days after the aforementioned bid closing time and date. Est. Completion Date: July 1, 2026 Question Deadline 07/24/2025 Bidder shall submit in writing any needed clarification or RFIs to the engineer. Any response from the engineer that alters scope, schedule or budget will be issued as an addenda and shall be recognized on the bid form. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Site Directions: From Highway 82 in Salina Oklahoma, take Kenwood road east to Kenwood, approximately 17 miles. The Kenwood Fire Station is located on the South side of the road at 48582 S. 502 Rd.
