Village of Bear Creek 2025 Culvert Maintenance Project (#MAINT-2025-01) generally includes: Concrete headwalls for CMP culverts 18-inch through 36" diameter, cleaning of existing culverts, installing object markers, and installing flood gauges at a low water crossing. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The interested firm shall email a copy of the written clarification request to Ryan Bell, at rbell@gilpinengineering.com he Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services, including utility and transportation services that are such an inseparable part of the work described that exclusion would render performance by Contractor impractical, illogical, or unconscionable. Furthermore, Contractor shall perform and complete all work required for the construction of the Improvements embraced in the Project; namely, 2025 CULVERT MAINTENANCE PROJECT and required supplemental work, all in strict accordance with the contract documents including all addenda thereto (hereinafter referred to as the Work. All Work shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner according to industry standards. The parties agree that the State ment of Work and the addenda to this Contract is a description of Contractors obligations and responsibilities and is deemed to include preliminary considerations and prerequisites
