Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a 52,000-square-foot stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
Barton Malow is seeking interest for the pre-qualification of subcontractors for the Phase 2 University of North Carolina at Charlotte Richardson Stadium Renovation and Expansion Project. This project will include roughly 52,000 sf of expansion including major upgrades with the construction of a new west stadium tower over four existing structures. Phase 2 work includes but is not limited to building enclosure, finishes, and MEP work. MWBE firms encouraged to participate. Additional program elements may be added to, deleted from, or requested to be separated from the scope at Barton Malow and/or UNC Charlotte's discretion.
