Question Acceptance Deadline 10/08/2025 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes SCOPE OF WORK & PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS 1. Project Information a. Cell #4 has an approximate surface area of 20 acres. Wastewater flow was diverted from this cell in May 2019, and the sludge has been allowed to stabilize since then. The County also estimates that approximately 750 dry tons of waste inert soil was also disposed of in this cell. All contents of Cell #4 must be removed from the cell including solids and water. A bathymetric survey was performed in August 2025 and the report can be found in Appendix A. b. Record drawings for Cell #4 are provided in Appendix B. c. Cell #4 will be considered clean when the amount of sludge left cannot be removed without damage to the existing soil cement bottom, able to see the bottom of the Cell, and any material that is able to be picked up by the equipment used, has been. The project completion is not dependent on removal of the sludge from the drying beds.
