The contractor shall collect Screenings & Grit at the plant and transport same to a fully licensed and permitted Screenings & Grit disposal facility for disposal. The price bid shall represent the complete cost to the Districts for collection and transportation and ultimate disposal. No additional fees or costs shall be passed through by contractor to the Districts. The analysis of the Screenings & Grit material is attached as Exhibit A. Any additional testing requested by bidder will be performed by the bidder at their expense to ascertain additional requirements than those provided herein to allow the Screenings & Grit to be disposed of at a facility of the bidders choice. There are no guarantees or warranties that this Screenings & Grit can be disposed of at any or all facilities desired to be considered by the bidder. It is the bidders responsibility to locate and verify the acceptance of the Screenings & Grit at the disposal location(s) as selected by the bidder. dated Damage: Contractor shall pay, and same may be withheld by the District, $500 for each 24 hours beyond the time specified above by the Superintendent for performance.
