Renovation: The existing first floor will undergo minor renovations to create a new corridor through an existing office giving access to the addition. Addition: Approximately 3,400 sf of new construction shall accommodate 2 Pre-K classrooms. Additional spaces include two offices and an electrical closet. The construction type matches that of the existing building with masonry bearing walls, brick veneer and metal panel. The roof is comprised of both sloped and flat steel bar joists with epdm roofing. A new exterior stair and concrete pad with a streel-framed canopy connects the addition to the existing pre-k wing. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Commercial Township School District, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00.
