Ramsey County, through the Property Management Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide all supplies, equipment, material, labor, and incidentals for the Landmark Center Loading Dock Improvements project, located at 75 Fifth Street West, St. Paul, MN. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
