Site work for a mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove the existing basketball court and install a new Futsal Court at West Park, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. 7/11/2025 12:00 PM (CT) Participation Cut-off for Questions - Submit questions electronically via this site. No verbal questions will be accepted. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. The City of Irving (the "City") is contracting for renovations for the West Park Basketball Court Replacement Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
