Site work for a water / sewer project in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
10" HDPE Water Main HDD Bores. The scope of work for this proposal is to horizontal directional drill (HDD) 125' of 10" HDPE water main across Dirksen Pkwy for the IL Secretary of State building project and HDD 120' of HDPE water main across Wabash Ave for the SIU School of Medicine project as shown on the attached plans. Contractor to provide material and equipment to fuse the pipe perform the bore and install adapters on each end to allow CWLP to connect with ductile iron pipe or fittings. Contractor will prepare the launch pits and receiving pits. Contractor to submit detailed specifications for all materials, fitting installation requirements, equipment and field procedures as part of their proposal. CWLP will install the connection to the existing main after the bore is completed.
