Contact John Baumgartner at john.baumgartner@illinois.gov The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is seeking a vendor to provide electric sitework for street lighting for the Alton Mental Health Center (AMHC) located at 4500 College Ave, Alton, Illinois 62002. 1.2. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: The services/supplies described below are to be provided at Alton Mental Health Center: 1.2.1 The vendor must replace 40 LED street light heads (the heads will be provided by AMHC). 1.2.2 The vendor must detach and replace the cobra head. 1.2.3 The vendor must change direction of one street light pole. 1.2.4 The vendor must reinstall one street light pole (provided by AMHC). 1.2.5 The vendor must provide and replace one photocell and ensure it is compatible with the lighting contactor. Photocell shall be three prong twist lock 120-277 volt. 1.2.6 The vendor must provide two new street light poles and LED heads (poles and heads will be confirmed at Pre-bid). 1.2.7 The vendor must provide and replace existing eight lighting contactors with Siemens 3TF41 contactors or equivalent. 1.2.8 The vendor must replace a motor contactor (provided by AMHC) and supply and replace with equivalent existing motor contactor. Existing Contactor is a Siemens 3TF44.
