Off-Site Infrastructure - Contract I Separate sealed Bids for the Off-Site Infrastructure for Proposed Project Jonah for the Tazewell County Public Service Authority, which consists of the following: Contract III: Sewer infrastructure improvements include construction of a new sewage lift station to serve the new fishery, a new underground stormwater detention system, a new 6-inch force main and appurtenances to connect the new lift station to an existing influent lift station which conveys sewage to the existing sewage treatment plant, and upgrades at the existing influent lift station. Contract I: Water infrastructure improvements include construction of a new 10-inch water line and appurtenances to connect the existing water system and a service meter and valve vault to serve the fishery. Contract II: Water infrastructure improvement includes upgrades at three existing water pump stations. Question Deadline 11/20/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing using the Pre-Bid Question Form provided herein. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
