The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment, insurance, and bonding necessary, but not limited to completing the Sandy City 2025 Road Improvements Project which consists of three project areas to reprofile and install improvements at the intersections at 1300 E and Longdale Drive, Bay Meadow Drive and Churchill Downs Drive, and installing shoulder improvement along the frontage at 2152 E and 2162 E Creek Road. The work includes primarily concrete improvements and asphalt work. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to Sandy City (OWNER) for five percent of the total amount of the bid A performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by owner, will be required to ensure faithful performance of the contract
