Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of August 22, 2025 this project was awarded to Summers-Taylor Inc. in the amopunt of $738,688.75 Total work will involve resurfacing on six (6) city streets. Work will include installation of 752 tons of virgin grade D surface mix, 2217 tons of grade E surface mix, 850 tons of grade CS level mix, 200 tons of BM-2 binder, 40 hours of full-width milling, pavement markings, and ancillary tasks. Description: Asphalt Resurfacing Contract 2026 The City of Elizabethton, Tennessee is seeking experienced, licensed paving companies that can furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment needed to pave city streets. The roadways shall be milled and resurfaced in accordance with the specifications.
