The City of Lynn is soliciting bids from contractors for generator preventative maintenance and service on an as needed basis at various City/School buildings. Contractor will provide all labor,materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform emergency generator repair and preventative maintenance services at city municipal and school buildings as listed in specifications and as directed by the Inspectional Services Department Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 and to the minimum prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 27D. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Bid# 03-624 Emergency Generator Repair and Service. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price in the form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn The City of Lynn reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City. Purchasing Agent will prepare the notice of award and awarding of this contract.
