Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,675-square-foot municipal facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A Bid Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) Will Be Required For All Bids. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Enter Into a General Contract With Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission. Payment And Performance Bonds in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) Of the Contract Price Will Be Required by Owner Upon Contract Execution. Faxed Proposals From Proposers Will Not Be Accepted. Pbrpc Does Not Discriminate On the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age and Disability in Employment or the Provision of Services.
