New construction of a water / sewer project in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
for the installation of approximately 2,273 linear feet of 8 inch gravity sewer line,380 linear feet of 6 inch force main, 18 manholes and 11 cleanouts to service the Delmar Orchard Apartments. Bids should include all costs to provide an operational collection system in a turnkey fashion. Work shall be completed in no more than 270 days. All complete bid submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: BERKELEY COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE SEWER DISTRICT, WEST VIRGINIA, DELMAR ORCHARD APARTMENTS. Said sealed envelopes shall bear the name and address of the bidder on the outside face of the envelope. The Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District shall award the contract or reject all bids within ninety (90) days, unless there has been an agreed extension as set forth in the above paragraph. The Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informality as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District.Women and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
