The City of Asheville is requesting the submission of Statement of Qualifications from Landscape Architecture Firms, licensed in North Carolina, to provide professional planning, design and construction administration services for Pickleball Court Complex in Asheville, NC. It is expected that this request will result in the development of a list of 3-5 firms that may be interviewed. Based on the submittals and possibly the interviews, the highest-ranking firm will be selected for negotiations for a contract. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications. Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday - July 17, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. All questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) should be submitted via email to: Al Kopf, Project Manager akopf@ashevillenc.gov Projected Project Start September 2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
