Environmental Engineering and Geotechnical Services for a Planned Coxe Avenue Afforadble Housing Development Buncombe County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing environmental and geotechnical engineering services required for a planned Coxe Avenue affordable housing project. The services shall include, but not be limited to, management of the Brownfields redevelopment process, Geotechnical soils testing, mitigation services of identified REC's, HUD environmental review management and NCDEQ requirements coordination and completion Buncombe County is seeking candidates interested in providing environmental and geotechnical engineering services for the future Coxe Avenue affordable housing project. The future project's proposed scope consists of the construction of a seven story, approximately 200-unit 100% affordable multifamily development. The development areas to be included are (0.43 Acres at 50 Coxe Avenue - Buncombe County Board of Elections); (0.22 Acres at 99999 Sawyer Street- Surface Parking); (0.46 Acres at 52 Coxe Avenue - Buncombe County Identification Bureau); and (0.58 Acres at 1 Ravencroft Drive - Surface Parking) in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801.
