Contractors may submit questions for clarification up to 4:00pm Friday, July 11th, 2025 to allow the town to issue out an addenda if necessary. The Work involves the construction of a 30' x 50' open-air heavy timber wood pavilion, supported on concrete piers. The structure will feature a combination of heavy timber framing and a hip roof design. The pavilion will be designed for outdoor use and will include site grading, drainage provisions, and foundational elements. A series of alternates are included in the design that may be awarded depending on available funding, including options for an alternate deck with composite decking, foundation, and framing plans, deck steps, and deck ramp. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
