It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced, competent, and qualified State of Florida licensed/certified firms for the City of North Port Professional Planning Services on an as-needed basis. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF NORTH PORT STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All proposals shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
