Site work for a water / sewer project in Northampton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract includes the construction of a water main extension with water services and curb stops located in the right-of-way for each adjacent residential property and additional connections offered to residences with current water main access. Full public water service connections will be offered to each property located adjacent to the extension however the total number of full connections to be made is subject to each homeowner's willingness to accept the connection offer from NBCMA. The project includes the horizontal directional drill installation of 8-inch water main, water main taps, fire hydrants, automatic flushing station/sampling station, services, meter pits, plumbing connections, disconnection of wells and all appurtenances. Construction will occur in the State Highway, Township Road, rights-of-way and easement areas on private property. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary erosion and sedimentation controls and restoration (the "Project"). Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Location online portal. All questions must be submitted by noon, Friday, August 1, 2025 Such notice of termination must be in writing directed to the Contractor on or before October 31, 2025. The Authority may waive its option to terminate by providing written notice to the Contractor any date on or prior to October 31, 2025.
