As of September 5, 2025 this project was awarded to Charlie Nansteel tree & excavation LLC in the amount of $157,904.80 The project consists of furnishing and installing a blacktop trail, timber walkway and related excavation, backfill, restoration, etc., as well as all other associated work listed in the project manual and as indicated on the plans. NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Lower Mount Bethel Township or a Bid Bond in favor of the Township at 5% of the total bid price Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers employed on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Lower Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
