Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Northampton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for constructing an archery range at Wayne Grube Park on Management Area #444. The scope of the project includes site grading, construction of shooting station shelters, concrete sidewalks, target stations, wood post walls and a chain link fence. The project also includes paving the parking area and driveway. Duration: upon award through 6/27/2025 When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Foster Schaffer, PGC-Engineering Division at 717-787-4250, ext. 73322. Any questions concerning completion of an electronic bid should be directed to PGC-Contracts & Procurement Section at 717-787-6594. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
