As of January 23, 2025, project received no bids. No definite date for the rebid. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to purchase, deliver and install the 10'x 40' prefabricated modular office trailer on an existing concrete slab at the Authority facility located 6701 Weaversville Road, Northampton, Pa 18067. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through online ''Messages/Public Q&A'' tab on or Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties. Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. The successful bid will be awarded pending receipt of all applicable local building permits and compliance with East Allen Township rules and regulations
