Site work for a water / sewer project in Oshtemo Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 788 Ft. 8" Sanitary Sewer 784 Ft. 12-inch RCP Storm Sewer (645 Ft. in Stone Trench) 7 Ea. Leaching Basins, 5 inlets 1,485 Ft. Concrete Curb & Gutter 200 Ft. 6-inch Water Main The last day an addendum will be issued is three (3) business days prior to the bid. Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. Only written addenda issued by the Engineer shall be binding. Oral interpretations, information or instructions by any office or employee of the Owner or Engineer are not authorized and therefore are not binding. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Oshtemo Charter Township A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to Oshtemo Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by November 1, 2025.
