Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Elmira, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 160-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Township of Minden Hills is seeking Tenders from qualified constructors and companies with the professional expertise for the construction of the new Scotch Line Transfer Station located at 2038 Scotch Line Road which is the current Scotch Line Landfill. The new Transfer Station will include weigh scales, and new bunkers for various waste materials. Construction of the new Transfer Station is anticipated to commence in Q4 2025, pending tender closing/award. The construction duration is anticipated to be five (5) months (twenty (20) weeks). Question deadline must be received by no later than July 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. otherwise, a response may not be provided.
