The Village of Niles is Accepting Bid Proposals for the: 2025 Street Improvement Program The scope of work consists of street improvements at various locations throughout the Village of Niles. There is a Base Bid amount and an Alternate 1 Bid amount. Alternate 1 is for Gross Point Road from Croname to Lehigh Avenue. The contract will be awarded based on the analysis of the base bid unit and total prices. The alternate will be awarded if applicable and will be included in the bid review process.
