Renovation of a transportation facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The intent of this Contract is to provide for completion in every detail of the improvements defined in the Contract Documents (the Work). Contractorshall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract and in a good and workmanlike manner The project consists of two separate phases of work located in the main terminal. Phase 1 if the construction of a new Family Assisted Restroom located adjacent to the existing restrooms close to the non-secure bag claim area. The room is currently a storage room. Phase 2 consist of demolition of an existing wall behind the rental car counters, constructing a new wall approximately 2 further back from the counters and covering the new wall in a stone veneer. Temporary dust control measures will be required and majority of the work will need to be completed during night time hours. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025
