Question Deadline 07/16/2025 For questions regarding this Invitation for Bid please submit them through online portal It is the intent of the City to enter into multiple indefinite delivery/indefinity quantity (IDIQ) contracts with qualified and experienced contractors for on-call utility cut street repair services for use by the City's Public Works. Because these repair projects are time sensitive, the City intends to award multiple contracts to avoid delays. _ Principal items of construction will include repairing roads after various utilities have repaired their facilities. _ The Public Works Director or his designee will be your point of contact for all aspects of the awarded contract. _ All repair requests will be sent to the awarded contractor(s) in a Task Order for them to provide the City with a work plan schedule and the repair cost based on their contracted unit prices. _ Availability will be a primary consideration in dividing work between awarded contractors, along with estimated completion time and cost. _ All work will be accomplished per the detail and material in the details attached herein. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the contract. _ The contract is intended for routine and continuous usage with no guarantees of quantity or job frequency. _ All applicable State laws, municipal ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction shall apply to the Contract throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the Contract the same as though written out in full.
