Site work for a water / sewer project in Carlyle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 07/08/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions shall be directed to John A. Wieter, P.E. at HMG Engineers, Inc. at (618) 577-2240 or jwieter@hmgengineers.com. The Project includes the following Work: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to install approximately 1,024 LF of 8" diameter water main and all appurtenances. This project includes a 200 LF directional bore. The work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings covering the work. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. All questions shall be directed to John A. Wieter, P.E. at HMG Engineers, Inc. at (618) 577-2240 or jwieter@hmgengineers.com. The OWNER may make such investigations as he deems necessary to determine the ability of the BIDDER to perform the WORK, and the BIDDER shall furnish to the OWNER all such information and data for this purpose as the OWNER may request. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any BID if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such BIDDER fails to satisfy the OWNER that such BIDDER is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the WORK contemplated therein.
