The project is intended to expand recreational opportunities and enhance the quality of life for residents of Carlyle and visitors. - Site preparation, including grading, excavation, and drainage. - Court layout and design in compliance with USA Pickleball standards. - Construction of four pickleball courts with [post-tension concrete/asphalt] surface. - Application of acrylic color coating system with regulation pickleball striping. - Installation of fencing (minimum 10' height), nets, and posts. - Optional: Court lighting system for evening play. - ADA-compliant access routes and spectator seating as feasible. - Coordination with City staff during all project phases. - Cleanup and restoration of disturbed areas.
