The City of Caryle, Illinois invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of four outdoor pickleball courts at Maple Hill Park. The project is intended to expand recreational opportunities and enhance the quality of life for residents of Carlyle and visitors. - Site preparation, including grading, excavation, and drainage. - Court layout and design in compliance with USA Pickleball standards. - Construction of four pickleball courts with [post-tension concrete/asphalt] surface. - Application of acrylic color coating system with regulation pickleball striping. - Installation of fencing (minimum 10' height), nets, and posts. - Optional: Court lighting system for evening play. - ADA-compliant access routes and spectator seating as feasible. - Coordination with City staff during all project phases. - Cleanup and restoration of disturbed areas.
