The Scope of Work includes repair of a slope failure within the City of Weldon Spring and provides for earthwork, storm sewer culvert replacement, pavement preparation & pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The City of Weldon Spring anticipates issuing notice to proceed July of 2025. Upon signing the contract, the successful contractor and any subcontractor performing the work shall provide a ten hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. The Work to be performed under the Contract shall commence within seven (7) consecutive calendar days of the date of the written Notice to Proceed from the Owner to the Contractor, and shall be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days from and including the date of said written Notice to Proceed, subject to adjustments of this Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents. The City of Weldon Spring, Missouri hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
