The City of Kansas City, Missouri ("City") invites you to submit a proposal for Forcemain Assessment. Services are required for verification of the existing forcemain alignment. Optional services may be required for full pipeline assessment of forcemains. The purposes of this program are the following: o To determine operational, physical, and location information of forcemains in the wastewater collection system. o To deliver a summary report of findings featuring the existing as-built locations and the actual pipe alignment and offsets. o If a leak is found, provide point repairs to correct the problem. o If authorized, to provide necessary cleaning and condition assessment inspections to determine the internal condition of the forcemain. The City desires that City certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and City certified Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The MBE/WBE participation goals for this Project are 4% MBE participation and 4% WBE participation.
