ON-CALL Tree Trimming Services - Routine and Emergency The City of Flagstaff ("Owner") is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from Arizona-licensed Contractors ("Contractor") to provide On-Call Tree Trimming Services for the following Discipline areas: 1. ROUTINE 2. EMERGENCY The City of Flagstaff is requesting Statements of Qualification for Routine and Emergency tree services. This includes tree limb trimming and cutting, tree felling, root system removal, trimming trees around utilities, and chipping services. These services are needed to maintain safety and efficiency for the Flagstaff Fire Department, Stormwater Maintenance, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collections, and Sustainability Departments. Submitters will have the opportunity to submit a Statement of Qualifications for one or both disciplines, Routine and Emergency. The City of Flagstaff intends to establish a qualified list of Contractors for on-call Routine and Emergency Tree Services to be utilized over a five (5) year period on an as-needed basis. Selection to this list does not guarantee a contract award or a specific volume of work. Individual project scopes will be assigned via separate task orders or Purchase Orders issued under the on-call contract.
